Would appreciate any info on my Quaint Chair

All I know about this chair is that it belonged to my Grandmother and seems to be in original condition...not refinished and I think the rush (?) seat is also original. The Quaint plaque is on the bottom as well as a label from a furniture store in Brpoklyn NY.
