Been in the family a long time was wondering if anyone kows when,and where this was made,story goes it came across some where in a covered wagon,still doin family tree so not sure from where.thx

Old Newspaper: need price help

I have an August 15, 1945 newspaper that reads "Truman Announces: Jap Surrender!" printed by The Chicago Sun. This is in moderate condition. Please help me find out what this paper is worth. Thanks, AH
